Another Stories From The Survivor Of Mental Illness
A mental illness is a condition that affects a person's thinking, feeling or mood. Such conditions may affect someone's ability to relate to others and function each day. Each person will have different experiences, even people with the same diagnosis.
I know how it feels like when you can't sleep at night, feeling scared, lonely, confused, regrets everything, self-blaming, upset, and sometimes you feel so empty yet overthinking about anything, sometimes crying for no reason too. I know how depressing is it. I know how it feels like to be so profoundly depressed that suicide seems like the only option. But, don't do that.
Suicide has never and will never be the answer to anyone's problems. Suicide is the biggest liar I have ever met. Suicidal ideation whispers in your ear that killing yourself will make all pain disappear. But, trust me, it won't.
And for anyone who ever consider the suicide;
“You're not alone, you're loved, you're wanted. Suicide doesn't end all of this. We have to survive and stop the stigma of mental illness. Keep your heads up people! Stay strong!”
You're not alone. We are all survivors of our own problems.
